Non-Refundable Payments

Please note that all payments made to Prospect Consulting for courses, programs, and training sessions are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality of our courses and provide the best possible resources to our students.
Reassignment to Another Batch
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled course. In such cases, we offer the option to reassign you to another batch of the same course. This reassignment is subject to availability and the following conditions:
Conditions for Reassignment:
- Notification: You must notify us at least seven days before the start of the course if you are unable to attend. This notification should be sent via email to our customer support team at info@prospectconsulting.com.
- Valid Reason: The request for reassignment should be accompanied by a valid reason for your inability to attend the scheduled batch. Valid reasons include medical emergencies, family emergencies, or work-related commitments. Documentation supporting your reason may be required.
- Approval: All reassignment requests are subject to approval by Prospect Consulting. We will review your request and inform you of the decision within five business days.
- Availability: Reassignment is contingent upon the availability of seats in the desired batch. If the batch is full, we will work with you to find the next available batch that fits your schedule.
Procedure for Reassignment:
- Submit a Request: Send an email to info@prospectconsulting.com with the subject line “Reassignment Request.” Include your full name, course name, scheduled batch date, and a detailed explanation of why you need to be reassigned.
- Provide Documentation: If applicable, attach any supporting documentation to your email. This may include a doctor’s note, a letter from your employer, or any other relevant documents.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and supporting documents. You will receive a confirmation email within five business days, indicating whether your reassignment has been approved.
- Select a New Batch: Once your reassignment is approved, our team will provide you with a list of available batches. Choose the batch that best fits your schedule and confirm your selection via email.
- Attend the New Batch: Prepare to attend the new batch on the scheduled dates. You will receive all necessary course materials and information prior to the start of the batch.
